Pho Fridays pt 1 – Pho Pasteur
We ate pho at Pho Pasteur in Sydney’s Haymarket.
Here’s what the team thought.
Jack: The broth was top notch and the noodles were aptly firm and robust without being chewy. The beef was slightly over cooked, a little disappointing in that department.
Sam: I didn’t finish mine, which means the portion size was bang on. Good broth but the meat was overdone.
James: Sensational bowl of pho. That being said, anything would have been an improvement on last week’s.
